SimplyHost Airbnb management is a Christchurch based short-term property management company. Our services include: booking platform app set up, booking/review management, customer service, cleaning and maintenance. Our primary goal is to maximize the potential of your rental property through our dedicated and professional services.

We were once clients of other short term management services, we understand the real struggles of being an owner relying on others to manage our own assets: cash flow problem, lack of transparency on the booking data being the two most glaring. That’s why we’ve decided to start our own management service to help other owners.
Better cash flow, payouts go to you first
At SimplyHost Airbnb management, instead of collecting all the payouts first and disperse the money once a month; your booking payouts go directly to you first. We send you the invoice for management fee and cleaning costs twice a month after you’ve been paid. This approach ensures that homeowners enjoy much improved cash flow and less anxiety when most mortgages are due weekly or fortnightly. 
100% Transparency
We are 100% transparent with what we do. You are set up to be the listing owner yourself, we will manage the listing as a primary co-host. This means you'll always have full access to the listing calendar, inbox of messages between us and the guests and most importantly how much each booking is. You have a clear view of your rental schedule, and be up to date on your property's performance. There is also no hidden fees whatsoever. We charge 15% of the nightly rate as our management fee and nothing else.
Your property, your reviews
If you decide to part ways with us for whatever reason, the reviews and superhost status received under our management will still be associated with your listing on the platform. This ensures that the positive reviews and ratings earned during our partnership will remain yours and continue to attract guests on their own.Our Listings
